Welcome to the equipment checkout system for LATIS Video Services. Please read below for important announcements.

BEFORE YOU MAKE A BOOKING/CHECKOUT, if you have not signed in with your UMN account since September 8th, please do so asap in order to renew and update your account.

If you have not created an account with us yet, you can do so simply by signing in with your UMN account.

Only CLA students or students enrolled in a CLA course are able to check out equipment. Students are automatically identified through our system. If you think a mistake has been made, please contact us at clavideo@umn.edu.

Policies

Please read the full LATIS Video Services Checkout Agreement.

Remember, by making a booking at the LATIS Video Services 'Equipment and Open Lab' center you agree to:

  • be responsible for the cost of replacement or repair for any equipment damaged or lost.
  • inspect and account for all parts, including accessories, before checkout completion and at return.
  • pay a late fee of $25 per checkout, per day for any overdue checkouts.
