Welcome to the equipment checkout system for LATIS Video Services. Please read below for important announcements.

The last day of the Spring 2026 semester is May 13th. Please return all equipment by May 13th to avoid any late fees or replacement charges.

Policies

Please read the full LATIS Video Services Checkout Agreement.

Remember, by making a booking at the LATIS Video Services 'Equipment and Open Lab' center you agree to:

  • be responsible for the cost of replacement or repair for any equipment damaged or lost.
  • inspect and account for all parts, including accessories, before checkout completion and at return.
  • pay a late fee of $25 per checkout, per day for any overdue checkouts.
